1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the p999 app platform — whether through the website at p999app.onl, the Android APK, the iOS progressive web app or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all features and services available on p999 app including but not limited to Sports Betting, Cricket Betting, Live Casino, Slots, the VIP Programme, all deposit and withdrawal activity in PKR, and any promotions or bonuses offered from time to time.

Your continued use of the platform after any update or revision of these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any updated version, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet all of the following requirements to use p999 app:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming register or database that applies to your situation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of p999 app or its partners, technology providers or affiliates.

3Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on p999 app. Opening duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance or bonuses may be confiscated.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information at registration, including a false name, date of birth or contact details, is a violation of these terms and will result in account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. p999 app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login information secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact p999 app support immediately via the contact details listed in Section 15 of these terms.

Account Currency

All accounts on p999 app are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, withdrawals and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. Currency conversion is not available or required.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Supported Payment Methods

p999 app supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant bank transfer)
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other mobile wallets as listed in the payment section of your account

Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your p999 app account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may vary. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within the platform.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a successful deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

p999 app reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. Funds may be held while verification is in progress. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically handled within a few hours for verified accounts.

Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your deposit details are entered correctly. p999 app cannot be held responsible for deposits sent to incorrect payment references or accounts due to user error. All deposits and withdrawals are final once confirmed by the relevant payment provider.

5Betting Rules

Placing Bets

All bets placed on p999 app — whether on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports or any other market — are subject to the betting rules applicable to that sport or event as displayed on the platform at the time of placement.

A bet is confirmed only once a bet reference number has been issued and appears in your account's betting history. A bet that has not received a confirmation reference should not be assumed to have been accepted.

Odds and Markets

All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds shown on your bet slip at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet — not any odds displayed on the market listing page prior to that point.

Void Bets

p999 app reserves the right to void any bet placed where:

• An obvious pricing error was present at the time of placement
• The event was cancelled, postponed or abandoned without sufficient play to produce a result
• There is evidence of match fixing or irregular activity in the event
• The bet was placed after the event had already started in error (late acceptance)

In all void bet cases, the stake is returned to your account balance in full.

Cricket-Specific Rules

For PSL and international cricket markets, if a match is abandoned due to weather before a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is possible, the match is treated as void and all bets are refunded. If a DLS result is declared, that result stands for all relevant markets. Ball-by-ball and over-by-over markets are settled on the result of that specific delivery or over only — subsequent events in the same match do not affect already-settled in-play markets.

6Bonuses & Promotions

p999 app offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed with each offer at the time it is claimed, plus the general bonus conditions below.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued in PKR to your account balance and are non-transferable.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address or device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games or markets are specified per offer.
• p999 app reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already claimed and subject to active wagering will not be voided mid-rollover without notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts or by exploiting platform errors will be forfeited and the relevant account may be closed.

7Casino & Games

Live Casino

The Live Casino section streams real-dealer games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger and Andar Bahar. All Live Casino games are operated by third-party game providers. Results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are final once the round is closed. Technical disconnections during a Live Casino round do not entitle a player to a refund unless the round was voided by the provider itself.

Slots & RNG Games

All Slots and random number generator (RNG) based games available on p999 app use certified RNG technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed per game within the platform. p999 app does not manipulate game outcomes — all results are determined by the game provider's certified RNG systems.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, that round will be declared void and the stake returned. p999 app's determination of a malfunction is final. Winnings that arise directly from a demonstrable malfunction will not be paid.

8Responsible Gaming

p999 app is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for adult entertainment only — strictly for players aged 18 and above. Gambling should remain a leisure activity within your personal budget and time limits.

• You can set deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods directly from your account settings.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
• If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available or reach out to support for assistance.
• p999 app does not encourage chasing losses or using gambling as a source of income.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p999 app and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and possible legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to place bets without manual human input
• Exploiting odds errors, platform bugs or technical glitches to place bets with an unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse including creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times
• Laundering funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay intent
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of Casino games
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method
• Any activity that disrupts, damages or interferes with the platform's technology or other users' experience

10Account Suspension & Closure

p999 app reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected
• Fraudulent, suspicious or prohibited activity is detected
• Identity verification or payment verification cannot be completed satisfactorily
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied
• A legal, regulatory or security obligation requires account action

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting p999 app support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled normally and the resulting balance handled accordingly.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the p999 app platform — including but not limited to the p999 brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, game assets, data feeds and software — is the intellectual property of p999 app or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from p999 app. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account closure and legal proceedings.

12Limitation of Liability

p999 app provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, p999 app does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical failures.

p999 app shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Delays, interruptions or errors in platform availability
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform
• Unauthorised access to your account where your login credentials were not kept secure
• Circumstances beyond p999 app's reasonable control including network outages, third-party payment delays or force majeure events

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13Privacy & Data

p999 app collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including use of that data for account management, payment processing, identity verification and responsible gaming purposes.

14Changes to These Terms

p999 app may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, notice will be provided within the platform or via the contact details associated with your account.

Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
